Police and Citizens  are the two participants in the system. They should meet each other half way – only then is meeting a lot. The mission of the Meerut police is to ensure that the resulting outcome of collaboration between the police and the public is positive and their interaction leads to the overall social benefit.

 We want to convey that we could build a Web-based solution for the people of Meerut to create. They will be able to have their complaints, suggestions and provide feedback from all corners of the world. This also means that our expectations of our police continue to have increased – they will quickly respond and act in time, unnecessary artificial barriers in the system the police are no longer our residents haunt – that every effort should be made through this site to get into more and more transparency in the system.
